Chef Trent Pierce is a fifth-generation Pacific Northwest restauranteur serving set menus of New American seafood. Roe is a seafood-focused restaurant discreetly hidden away on the mezzanine level inside the historic Morgan building in downtown Portland, OR. Chef Trent Pierce offers two menus nightly. A four-course prix fixe menu with choices and the full 'Roe Experience' a seasonal multi-course seafood tasting menu . Our elegant caviar service is offered in-house along with a carefully curated wine, sake, and spirits list.
