Chef Vince Nguyen, formerly of Castagna and San Francisco's Coi, has been hosting beautiful dinners at our sister restaurant, B&T Oyster Bar, for the past few months, but for the month of June he is pulling out all the stops and collaborating with some of the country's most up-and-coming chefs for a set of dinners in the Roe dining room.
The lineup is as follows:
Monday, June 6 - Andrew Mace and Nora Antene, who recently departed Le Pigeon
Tuesday, June 7 - Nick Muncy, pastry chef at Coi
Monday, June 27 - Trevor Moran, of Nashville's The Catbird Seat and formerly sous chef at Copenhagen's world-famous Noma
Dinners begin at 7pm, and each will be paired with a selection of natural wines by Sterling Whitted of Holden Wines and Meredith Bell of Statera Cellers.
Each dinner is sure to be a memorable culinary experience, so book your seats today!
mother's Day Caviar and champagne Brunch
Join us Sunday, May 8 for a very special caviar and champagne brunch- dedicated to our beloved mothers! This decadent, special four course menu (including caviar ) will be accompanied by an optional wine pairing focused on champagne. Show mom how much you care by reserving your table now. Wine maker wednesday
On Wednesday, March 23rd we will be hosting a wine maker’s dinner, featuring select wines from Analemma winemaker Stephen Thompson! The dinner will consist of:
* an introduction of the winemaker
* a winemaker’s speech
* a discussion of each wine as it is being paired with its course
* a chance to purchase bottles from the winemaker himself!
The dinner will include four courses with wine pairings and will cost $150, including taxes and gratuity.
