Welcome to Roe
Roe is a modern American seafood restaurant. Chefs Trent Pierce and Patrick Schultz prepare creative dishes, using innovative and classic techniques from an open kitchen located directly in the dining room.
We offer two ever-evolving prix fixe menus every Wednesday through Saturday: a five-course Petit Tasting Menu and a seven-course Chef's Tasting Menu. Caviar service and wine pairings are offered as optional supplements to either menu. Roe also features a full bar with beer, spirits, and sake.
We are a small restaurant. To serve you best, reservations are required.* Reservations are available through OpenTable, but please contact the restaurant if you have any trouble booking online. There are times when the OpenTable service does not accurately reflect our availability, and we are more than happy to help you book a table over the phone. Our reservationist is available Tuesday through Saturday from 2:30pm to 4:30pm.
Our dining room is very intimate. Out of respect to all of our guests, we do not allow young children in the dining room. Please contact the restaurant directly if you have questions about this policy.
