Roe is a seafood-focused restaurant discretely hidden away on the mezzanine level inside the historic Morgan building in downtown Portland, OR. Ever-evolving set menus of New American seafood creatively use the best high end ingredients resulting in focused plates that keep their flavors pure.

Thoughtfully procured, chef John Conlin uses the finest seafood in the world prepared creatively and respectfully using Japanese, Peruvian, and French techniques to produce an elegant and surprising dining experience. The Tasting Menu offers a selection of dishes to choose between for each course, while the Chef’s Menu is a seasonal seven course seafood tasting menu. A refined caviar service is also an option prior to you meal, along with a carefully curated wine, sake, and spirits list.
